SaaSam Group Limited (and its subsidiaries) (referred to as “We, “Our” or “Us”), is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. We take care to protect the privacy of our customers and users of our products that communicate (online or offline) with us, at events, over the phone, through our mobile applications, websites and social media platforms.
This policy does not relate to our actions in carrying out contractual obligations for our clients when deploying their data to the software platforms we implement for them. In those cases, our Data Protection Agreement (DPA) is used to reinforce our commitment to privacy and data protection.
We have therefore developed this Privacy Notice to inform you of the data we collect, what we do with your information, what we do to keep it secure, as well as the rights and choices you have over your personal information.

We only collect personal information that we know we will genuinely use and in accordance with the Data Protection Legislation.
