This year we were delighted to be invited back to the (semi-) annual Agiloft in-person partner event. Last time we were over was in 2023 for the Agiloft Summit in Las Vegas, and this year our intrepid SaaSam duo of James O’Regan and Calum Johnstone were headed to sunny Chicago.

Well, sunny and famously windy Chicago, with some brief and unexpected (for us southern hemisphere folks at least) snow!
These events are always a highlight in our calendar, especially when we get the opportunity to travel and meet people and partners that we normally exclusively interact with online. The Agiloft SKO helps situate decisions, words, actions, policies, and ideas in a human context, attached to actors with intent and with a vision for the future that we can connect to. We’d like to express our heartfelt thanks to Aglioft for putting this on, and to all the attendees and people that we met while we were there. It is something so great to be reminded that you are part of a wider community full of wonderful people.
The SKO itself was a fantastic time. There was an absolute wealth of ideas being shared around CLM and the future of the industry, and the city of Chicago was consistently warm, friendly, and welcoming.

Seeing how Agiloft planned to improve, and what it was dedicating to improving, was revelatory and invigorating. Keep your eyes peeled on Agiloft’s website and social media for more details as-and-when they choose to release them, but we were particularly enthused by our conversations with the Products, Commercial, and Screens teams and what they are currently cooking up, and we’re really interested in what is going to happen in the CLM industry in 2026. We are part of the forefront of navigating useful, tangibly helpful AI usage in business and enterprise, and we can’t wait to see what happens here next!
We were also deeply impressed and deeply appreciative of the attention paid to partners and partner management at the SKO. Agiloft’s partner ecosystem is one of the strongest around (not to pat ourselves on the back too much…) and it feels amazing to be counted as one of them, and to feel so valued and appreciated by Agiloft. Our continuing partnership with Agiloft and their world-leading products has been an incredible journey, and events like this really cement why we’re so proud to continue to advocate for their CLM solution in OCE, SEA, and EMEA.

We won the Resell Partner of the Year at the Agiloft Partner Summit! Wow!
This is the third time we’ve won, and we’re super delighted to have brought it home again in 2025. Thank you so much for the recognition, and thank you to all of the staff here at SaaSam who dug in and worked hard for our clients to give them the best CLM experience possible. This serves as a great reminder to keep going, and to keep taking care of our clients, paying attention to them, and trusting in the product, the process, and the service we can provide.
